You can modify the disk images manually and then choose "convert Image..."
in DiskCopy to create a r/o and compressed image. Works nicely.

Sure, I need to create 20 Disk Images. The fact is that I don't have time and patience to convert them manually. Moreover manual operation are affected by the "Did I lock the door?" syndrome.

In the good old days of Mac OS 9, I had a simple AppleScript which allowed me to create all the Disk Images with proper icon alignment, Custom Icon for the CD, etc... and it was compressed and done quickly.

But with OS X, I haven't been able to do this till now.
