It wasn't exactly an official class, but I taught an "extracurricular" Cocoa hacking class in the evenings at Northwestern. Our computer science department is heavily influenced by MS, but they were still perfectly fine w/ my reserving our classroom/projector and using it. Unfortunately, due to lack of interest from the other students, I don't think I'll do it this year.
