A few folks inquired about the TableView subclass I was using to get
printouts that include the column titles so I thought I'd make it
available. It does some other stuff too like "type-ahead" capability,
row coloring, and more.

There's a ReadMe that should explain things. I hope it's at least
somewhat interesting for some of you. Feel free to send me improvements
