I need to remove an additional keychain. Adding one seems easy, I just
create a KCRef with KCMakeKCRefFromFSSpec and it appears in the
Keychain Access Applications. But I can't figure out how to remove it.
As an aside is there a version of FSMakeFSSpec that takes a unix
pathname instead of a Mac Classic path -- in other words "/" separators
instead of ":" separators? Or an easy way to convert between the two?
