Does your library actually have copies of Cocoa books?
I don't know if my library does, but the used book store I frequent had
a copy of the Hillegass Cocoa book, which I found shocking. Right next
to a bunch of Java and C# books! Also right next to several
moldy-smelling vinyl "Mantovani & His Orchestra" albums and a big
selection of veterinary science books. It's quirky store, but one of
Ithaca's treasures.
