Hi Jeff,

Attached is a sample project which shows how to make a constant size drawer,
I have added one constant size drawer to the window of "Hillegass" Raise Man
application.

The drawer resizes properly when the window is resized, moreover you can
shrink as well grow the window and it works fine. Hope the code will help
you.
