actually, i think it's better that the other windows _don't_ disappear
automagically as you might wish. because there _are_ times when you
might want to use parts of the interface of, e.g., a prototype app,
either just to look at, or to copy stuff from when you're starting
work on the "real" version. at least the way that it works now, we
have a choice of seeing stuff from two different nibs at once. i
agree though, that sometimes it's kind of a mess, even with two
monitors handy, and i was happy when i realized that minimizing worked
the way it did.
