nubie troubles: run time error

I have been happily creating my first obj-c app. I have been thru several
versions and all was right with the world.
Then I got some problems. Leave it to say I copied the whole directory
from my backup disk back to the directory i have been working with.
(This backup directory had been compiling and running fine.)
Now PB seems to build every thing: "...updated 8 target(s)..."
but nothing starts up on a build and run. I get the error:
"Run session aborted: No launchable executable present to run."
The app seems to be in the directory, build, but if i double click it
nothing
happens.
What am I doing wrong?
