The fact that you "don9t have access to this Application" is in fact, itself
a bug. All Apple developers should be able to file bugs online. If your
account is broken in this way, send an email to email@hidden explaining
the problem and someone will fix your account for you. Apple is working to
resolve the bug at the root of the problem in the software, but I can't
specify when the fix will be rolled out.
