Automatic Picture sizing in a button - How?

Help!
I have a Picture inside a button but is can be changed by a user. I'd
like the new picture to always scale to the size of the button. I'm
new to Cocoa and can't figure this out, despite playing with all the
spring things in IB.. I imagine the answer is simple - once you know
it! - in the meantime I guess its off to the book store for me..
