trouble debugging

Hi,

I am running into problems with the debugger lately: After clicking
'Debug' in ProjectBuilder, the debugger will start just fine, but then it
displays

and my app won't even launch properly. All I can do at this stage is
press 'Terminate'. Unfortunately I have no idea whatsoever what this
error means. Is there any hope of being able to debug my app again?
