Date string from NSDate

  • Subject: Date string from NSDate

I'm trying to display a particular date as a string for a dialog. I have
the date as a CFAbsoluteTime. I can convert that to a CFDate, and the
release notes say CFDate and NSDate are toll-free bridged. Great. Now I
have an NSDate, but I need to call DescriptionWithCalendarFormat from
NSCalendarDate, a subclass of NSDate. How do I convert my NSDate to an
NSCalendarDate? Or am I going about this all wrong?

Thanks.

Paul Collins
