Quite the contrary -- I've done some trickery about USB. Those things like

result=(*device)->CreateInterfaceIterator(device,&request,&iterator);

are pretty wild, from the perspective of the ol' nice NSEnumerator...

Agreed though that this is the *only* part of IOKit I've ever used, and it's
not C++ even.
