You can use almost any piece of Carbon you want from Cocoa, including
the Resource Manager. There are some ObjC wrappers around resource
accessing stuff which have come up several times on this list.
OTOH, I wouldn't waste your time. Resources are deprecated, and will
disappear slowly over time. Resorcerer works tolerably, although I
wish some more of the editors were Carbonized.
