I'm a lawyer. Every broken law is a violation.
Besides, the Underline menu item *is* disabled. The inconsistency between
this and the enabled Bold and Italic menu items adds injury to insult. It
reflects on the quality of my application.
I'll file a bug report, maybe just so I can read Apple's response when they
get around to it. (I just love getting those "can you show us an example"
emails.)
