Bundled, nope. But Ghostscript does work and is free.

Whatever... Lets not get "anal" about marketing... Is it based on the same model?

On the very very abstract level of NSBezierPath/NSAffineTransformation only. Below, the models very considerably differ. PostScript is a full-featured human-readable (and writeable!) programming language. PDF is far from that.
