documentation tools?

Hello,

I'm looking for some "documentation" type apps. Something along the line of the beloved Librarian and HeaderViever...

I'm aware of PBX "built in" (mis)features... But I'm trying not to use PBX as it's, well, not for me...

Anything out there that one would recommend?
