I see. So what is wrong with emacs?

It's an OS posing as a Lisp interpreter posing as a text editor posing as an IDE. ;-) Just joking. Nothing is wrong with it. I use it quite frequently, when I need a text editor. When I need an IDE I use something else...

At least I can edit using keyboard instead of mouse... Will never stop wondering why Apple did not implemented PBX around Emacs...

Because Richard Stallman would throw fits? ;-) The only spin-off of Emacs that I know of is XEmacs. Are there others?

I've been thinking about an editor called CocoaMacs. It would be like Emacs but instead of Lisp for extensibility it would use FScript, Applescript and Objective-C. Wouldn't that be cool!
