[OT] Open Documentation

I thoroughly apologize for posting a topic like this on the this list, but I don't really have anywhere else to post it.

Would it not be a good idea to open the documentation of Apple technologies (particularly API like CoreFoundation and Cocoa) to the community, so that those who know much about certain topics that are as of yet poorly documented can "fill in the blanks?"

This would obviate the deluge of redundant questions on lists such as this and it would also unload the burden of creating documents from Apple, as well as create documentation in a quick manner.
