Getting System Resources

Hi there!

just a quick question. How I get access to system resources? I mean the resources(images) the system uses to draw button, menu, window etc.

I checked the resources with ThemeShop, and it will be very cool to make my own widget using aqua files.

Do you have any idea where I can get info on that...
