load a NIB over DO

I've checked around the usual suspects, but haven't found anything that references what I want to do.

Here is the situation: application A is running on one machine, plugin B is running on another, and they communicate over DO. App A wants to display a GUI for B that it knows nothing about at compile time. Can I have B ship a nib file over DO, have A load it and display a view (perhaps through a pre-determined generic resource name) that is connected back to the original plugin B?
