[OT] netinfod

This is way off topic.

Recently my PB G4 (500MHz) started having network problems where everything would slow down to the point of being useless.

I managed to get "top" running and noticed that "netinfod" was using upwards of 89% of the CPU. I quit all apps except for the Finder and Terminal and that number didn't change at all.

Any idea how I can determine what's happening here? (Or maybe suggest a more appropriate mailing list to post this on).

Thanks,
