Well, I was in the middle of filling out Paypal's registration form, and I thought that before I clicked the "Sign Up" button that I should do a Google search and see what people are saying about the service first. I found this:

http://www.paypalwarning.com/
http://www.paypalsucks.com/
http://www.aboutpaypal.org/

I'll just add to the above and say that I had an extremely bad experience with PayPal in the last year and will never use them for anything again. They are totally unregulated and they can do pretty much anything they like with your money and you have no redress. If you want to do electronic payments then I highly recommend Citibank's c2it service (www.c2it.com). I have been using this ever since my nightmare experience with PayPal. Since they are a bank it's regulated, and their customer service is very good (the complete opposite of PayPal's, which is the worst customer service I've ever encountered).

Paul
