Welcome to the wonderful world of the klez virus. There are zillions of web
sites about it (and complaining about it). Needless, it didn't come from any
Apple computer.
The "fun" aspect of klez is that it looks into an infected machine's address
book and then sends itself to a random address from a random address. That
means that you don't get the Klez virus from the address in the header, you
got it from some third person who has both of those addresses in their
address book. And that includes mail client address caches and temporary
address books.
Some fun. If you want to know more about klez check the anti-virus sites or
google it. The bloody virus is everywhere.
