Yes. It doesn't make much sense.
I agree that it would be a bit ugly, but there are situations
where a "sheet modal" dialog would be useful. The "Save" sheet is
a good example of this - clicking the "New Folder" button
shouldn't put up an App-modal dialog, IMHO... I admit I can't
think of an elegant (from an aesthetic and HCI point of view)
solution to the problem, though...
