Yes. It doesn't make much sense.
I agree that it would be a bit ugly, but there are situations where a
"sheet modal" dialog would be useful. The "Save" sheet is a good example
of this - clicking the "New Folder" button shouldn't put up an App-modal
dialog, IMHO... I admit I can't think of an elegant (from an aesthetic
and HCI point of view) solution to the problem, though...
How about an NSSplitView type thing that covers up the file save name box
with a folder name box, and a make folder button. when the user clicks
make folder, that bit slides away again revealing the former file name box
and save button?
