Project Builder 1.1.1 won't start

I get this message on the console:
dyld: /Developer/Applications/Project Builder.app/Contents/MacOS/Project
Builder can't open library:
/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/JavaKit.framework/Versions/A/JavaKit (No
such file or directory, errno = 2)
This started after I upgraded to OS 10.1.3 and was not corrected after
installing all the packages of the December 2001 10.1 tools version and the
tools update that followed.
I'm completely stuck. Can anybody tell me what else I could try ?
