Alex,

At http://developer.apple.com/techpubs/webobjects/WebObjects_4.5/webobjects.html,
at the lower left corner, you've got the Objective C API reference.

You can also use /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/AppleUtilities.framework, where most of EOF Objective C still sleeps.
