I think AppKit added TabView in early 1998; those class constants existed then
and did not indicate how long it would take to support them. Given that Carbon
supports them (which I don't have experience with), we know that Cocoa is not
waiting for HI to decide what this control looks like.
I'm guessing that AppKit won't wait too much longer to add this feature.
