Help with help

Hi

I'm having trouble getting my application help (ReadMe.html) files
recognised, all I'm getting is 'help isn't available'.

I have followed Apples instructions from the 'SimpleCocoaApp' example from
the Developer Tools bundle. The help there works fine!

Anyone got a foolproof method?
