Transparent Windows -> "Transparent Clicks"?

  • Subject: Transparent Windows -> "Transparent Clicks"?

Hi,

is it possible to have a transparent window where mouse clicks goes
"through" the window (to the next underlying window)?

E.g. the Mac OS shows its brightness/volume (F-Keys) display in a
transparent window, but when I click on it, the active window becomes
inactive, so the click is obviously "received" by the brighness/volume
display, and not by the underlying window. That is not what I want.

Would it be possible to send the click further to the next window?
(I am asking for an own application, not for the brightness/volume display.)

Regards,
Mani
