hi,
is there any API to get one's app icon to show up in the Apple menu
top right corner, next to the volume control and date/time icons?
apparently one could do this on MacOS 9, but i haven't used that OS,
so don't know the API.
i've seen docklings, but those show up in the Dock, which is not what
i had in mind.
