There are no current plans to add generation of Swing interfaces to Interface Builder. What is done for Web Objects is a very special case that is not the same as general Swing UI generation. Aside from this, there is no reason why you can't use other 3rd party RAD tools on Mac OS X to create your Swing application and then deploy it on multiple platforms. If you want to talk to other that do this, I'd suggest email@hidden as a more appropriate forum.
