I have to agree with Nick Beadman's assessment that is would not be a
good idea. Typically a "Made with/for <foo>" logo designates the
platform it needs. For example, if I write a "pure java" application,
putting the java logo on my advertising material (e.g., the box, web
page, magazine ad) tells the consumer that this application will run on
his/her systems as long as they have Java installed.
Another purpose of a logo is to tell the prospective consumer that the
application takes advantage of specific technologies of the latest
platform so it will run more securely, faster, etc. For example,
reserving the "Built for MacOS X"[1] for applications that run native in
the MacOS X environment.
Since Cocoa and Carbon are supposed to be peer-equivalent, creating a
cocoa logo might only serve to confuse the consumer. I think the "Built
for MacOS X" is the best option for selling to the consumer.

However :-) with more people moving towards open source development, a
Cocoa logo would be good for developers. For example, if you have a web
page supporting your open source Macintosh application, I think a "Made
with Cocoa" on the page would be a great idea!
It would also be a great for geeks. Putting a sticker on the binder you
take to development meetings, wearing it on your shirt when you go to
conferences, etc. In particular, I would like to see the text say
something like:
o Cocoa: Nectar of the Gods
o Made with Cocoa (Great for a shirt considering how much I love
chocolate)
o Cocoa: Its Good for Your Health
Of course, then we would also have to consider whether the application
is pure Cocoa or not (i.e., no Carbon or UNIX system calls), but that is
another story.
