You meant non-OO, probably?

ObjC (or Smalltalk, if you want to) are procedural too. The antonyme of procedural is _declarative_, like Prolog is. A nice one-word antonyme of object-oriented there is none (so far as I know); which seems somewhat natural regarding the fact object-oriented itself is not one-word ;)

Procedural just means you say exactly how the algorithm should be performed. With declarative you just say what result you are seeking for, and the language selects algorithm itself...
