hand cursors

Hello,

Any ideas on how to turn the cursor into an open hand??? Or is the only way
to load an image and add that to a cursor...

Also, is there an easy way to warp the cursor to a point on the screen? Or
do I have to use:

CGWarpMouseCursorPosition(CGPoint newCursorPosition);
