I've just added a 2nd document file type to my Cocoa app, but it won't
let me select those files in the Open dlog. I even deleted the .csstore
files in /Library/Caches and ~/Library/Caches, deleted my app,
rebooted, and rebuilt the app, but still no go.
Am I missing something? Why isn't this automatic? Why isn't there an
app to do this that's included in /Developer/Applications? (Please take
notice, Apple developers.) I see developers complaining about this all
the time.
