While I do suggest that you re-examine your interface with an eye towards making everything menu-accessible, I do agree that it should be a suggestion, not a mandate. All rules have exceptions, and you should at least have the *option* of doing things differently for your application, should you decide it's necessary. By all means, file your bug report.
