Oh, my God. Not all of them do -- only those who *W*A*N*T* the operation
to be performed immediately, without another alert hindrance. That's why
they do press Enter that way -- there can't be and is not any other reason.
And in that case it is downright arrogant -- not to use a harsher word --
of a developer to "know better"!
