Wow, I can't believe I actually agree with Ondra for once. On a GUI issue no-less!

If the action is destructive and there is *no* way to undo it, make no button the default button. If there is a way to undo it, it's probably safe to make the delete operation the default button. (Like deleting a mail in mail.app)

Then again, dialogs like the one eudora shows if a mailbox is corrupted are always fun too. (It won't let you choose not to rebuild a mailbox unless you choose don't rebuild 3 times). Speaking of that, and as stated before, button names should always be verbs. Never "Yes" or "No".
