hum, this would surprise me a lot: rules that make words are maintained
by the spell client not by the server, so it is a problem concerning
NSTextView's insertText:.
In fact, the spell checkers already exist, and the limitation in "check
spelling as you type" is still there, btw the spell checkers work well
in normal checking mode.
As there is no answer to my question, I'll have to wait for 10.3 or
make things by myself. I am really wondering why apple just doesn't use
its own public api to define words in "check spelling as you type"...
