Rule List Control?

I'm working on an app and would like to implement some sort of a rule
list, much like the ones in Mail, iTunes3 Smart Playlists, and the new
Jaguar finder Find dialog. Unfortunately, Apple seems to have made
several implementations of this control (or collection of controls)
rather than include it in AppKit. Does anyone know if any kind soul
has created a reusable 3rd party implementation?
