GUI - Brushed Metal

  • Subject: GUI - Brushed Metal

I noticed that there is an option for windows in
Interface Builder named "Textured Window". I tried
this and it make the window have that brushed metal
look like iTunes, iCal, etc...

It does look cool, but is this something that is
reserved for a specific kind of app or utility, or
maybe only an iApp from Apple?

Is this specific to 10.2, or will it work with
previous version of 10?

What's everyone's feeling about using this in an app?

Thanks,
