As an aside, nibtool also makes it possible to do meaningful diffs between versions of a nib to see what you changed. If you use CVS within Project Builder, you can select a nib, do a "Compare/Merge with Latest Revision", and PB converts the two nib versions into temporary text files before displaying the diffs in FileMerge. Very helpful when I'm ready to commit a nib and want to make sure my checkin comment is accurate.
