Using the character palette I found some glyphs 'F1' .. 'F15' that
don't have one - and no name either.
I don't know if there's a general answer to this question; it may
depend on the font. There is a new mechanism in Jaguar, NSGlyphInfo,
that can be used in some cases of this sort. See the release notes for
details.
