Well, if you're stupid, then so am I, because I can't see anything SOAPy in there, either. My guess is someone accidentially copied the wrong code into that folder, giving us 2 instances of the same CurrencyConverter project instead of one with and one without SOAP. (I figure the SOAP one would probably fetch currency data over the net.)
