Tried that and got no further than with the original nib. What is it
that would be causing this problem?

Hey all:
I just ran across a very odd behavior. I made some changes to me
MainMenu.nib, hooked up all the appropriate connections, saved the nib
and exited IB. Figuring out that I forgot to create the files for a
new class, I went back into IB and nothing appears, no instances, no
classes and more importantly no windows. WTF? Anyone have any idea
how I can recover the last couple of hours worth of work? I have
spent
a while searching the archive, but nothing suggested there has seemed
to help.
TIA!
Try loading MainMenu~.nib
That is a backup file, it may have enough stuff for you to go on...
