(Possible OT) Localized variants

I apologize if this is a little OT.

I'm trying to create localized variants of my nibs and strings files, and (for some reason) the list in Project Builder only contains English, French, German, and Japanese.

Is there an official Apple list somewhere of localized variant names? I'm not seeing one in my Google searches, and it seems that guessing what the right names are might lead to problems.

I will also need Spanish, Italian, Simplified Chinese, and Brazilian Portuguese.
