Disable command-shift-q & command-shift-option-q

Does anyone know how I can disable users from being able to use the
following key-combinations to logout: command-shift-q &
command-shift-option-q
The reasoning for this is we are running a kiosk application and don't
want our user's to have the ability to logout.
I know I can modify the loginwindow nib file or change its name so the
window doesn't popup. But with command-shift-option-q no window is
displayed, the user is just logged out.
Any ideas???
