[Newbie] Finding the right information

I'm just starting to "play" with Obective-C and I'm looking for an
efficient way to find information in the documentation. Is there a
simple way to do that? I've tried to use the 'find' command of Project
Builder but the number of results is so important that I hope that
there is a work around.
